NOTIFICATION BY PUBLIC NOTICE
(articles 136 and 137 C.p.c.)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO KENNETH BYERS to take delivery at the office of the Superior Court in the district of TEMISCAMINGUE situated at 8, Rue Saint-Gabriel Nord, Ville-Marie (Québec) J9V 1Z9 within 30 days in order to receive the Re-Amended Originating Application in Passing of Title and Summons left there in your name in the Court File Number 610-17-000269-233.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you, and you may have to pay the legal costs.
You must answer the application, personally or through a lawyer, at the Ville-Marie Court House, situated at 8, Rue Saint-Gabriel Nord, Ville-Marie (Québec) J9V 1Z9 within 15 days of the service of the Application, or if you have no residence, domicile or establishment in Quebec, within 30 days. The answer must be notified to the Plaintiff’s lawyer, or if the Plaintiff is not represented, to the Plaintiff. If you fail to answer within the time limit of 15 or 30 days, as applicable, a default judgment may be rendered against you without further notice and you may, according to the circumstances, be required to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published under an order rendered on June 16, 2025, by the honorable Judge Isabelle Breton of the Superior Court, Civil Division, for the district of Témiscamingue in case number 600-17-000269-233.
It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
A previous notice was published in The Sudbury Star newspaper on May 1st, 2025, and on the website of Le Reflet newspaper on May 1st, 2025.
