Notice is given to YASHU JAIN to take delivery at the office of the Court of Quebec in the district of Montréal situated at 1 Notre-Dame Est (Québec) H2Y 1B6, within 30 days in order to receive the present Judicial demand originating proceedings, Justice summons (Articles 145 and following C.C.P.), invokes of exhibits, list of exhibits and Exhibits P-1 to P-3 incl. et Attestation d’authenticité (Art. 113 C.p.c.) / Affidavit, Attestation d’authenticité selon les articles 26 et 106 C.p.c. / Avis d’exécution avant jugement (Articles 517 al. 1 par. 1 C.p.c.) / Procès-verbal de saisie avant jugement autorisée par le tribunal ou de plein droit (Art. 516, 3ème al; 517; 518; 520; 523 C.p.c.) left there in your attention.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, failing which, a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
