Notice is hereby given to HEATHER NORMOYLE JOZEK to appear at the registry office of the Superior Court for the district of Longueuil, located at 1111 JacquesCartier Boulevard East, Longueuil, Quebec, within 30 days in order to receive an Originating Application to Authorize the Private Sale of an Immovable as Part of the Liquidation of an Estate, Sworn Declaration, Notice of Presentation, List of Exhibits, and Exhibits P-1 to P-17, which have been left for your attention in file number 505-14-000609-254.
Please take notice that this application will be presented before the Superior Court, in courtroom 1.17, at the courthouse for the district of Longueuil, on November 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
This notice is published pursuant to an order rendered on October 6, 2025, by the Honourable Marie-Michèle Tourangeau of the Superior Court in file number 505-14-000609-254.
It will not be published again unless circumstances so require.
