Notice is given to NAJIB SHAN, to attend the court of Quebec for the district of Montreal, situated at 1 Notre-Dame East, in the city of Montreal, within 30 days in order to receive the Originating Application and Summons which has been left to your attention in the court file number 500-22-293665-264
You must answer within the delay mentioned in the attached summons. If you fail to do so, a default judgement may be rendered against you without further notice and you may, according to the circumstances, be required to pay the legal costs.
The present notice is published at the request of SAMUEL NEVES, bailiff of justice, who has tried unsuccessfully to serve you the above-mentioned document.
It will not be published again unless the context otherwise requires.
