Notice is hereby given to GIULLYANO CRISTALDO DA ROCHA to communicate with Charron Boissé Levesque, Huissiers de justice Inc. at 514 878-3143 or at [email protected] to receive the document named « Notice of repossession (Consumer Protection, Act. s. 139) (loan 1) which has been left for your attention.
If the Consumer has not remedied the default or has not returned the goods to the Financial Institution within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice, the Financial Institution will execute the right of repossession by having the goods seized, at the Consumer’s expense.
This notice is published at the request of ROBIN PELLETIER, Bailiff, who has unsuccessfully attempted to serve you the notice mentioned above. It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
