McHaffie to appear at the office of the Court of Quebec in the judicial district of Montreal, situated at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal (Quebec) H2Y 1B6, within 30 days in order to receive the JUDICIAL DEMAND ORIGINATING PROCEEDING AND SUMMONS, PLAINTIFF’S LIST OF EXHIBITS AND EXHIBITS P1 TO P-4, NOTICE OF EXECUTION BEFORE JUDGMENT (ART. 516, 517 al 1(1), 520 CPC), AFFIDAVIT AND ATTESTATION D’AUTHENTICITÉ, REPORT OF SEIZURE BEFORE JUDGMENT BY OPERATION OF LAW left there in your name in case number 500-22-294027-266.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, falling which a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published at the request of Maxeen Thibeault, bailiff, who attempted unsuccessfully to serve you with these documents. It will not be published again unless circumstances so require.
