Notice is given to GARY JUNIOR YOUANCE, to attend the Court of Quebec Registry for the district of Montreal, situated at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, in the city of Montreal, within 30 days in order to receive the ORIGINATING APPLICATION AND NOTICE OF SUMMONS, which has been left to your attention in the court file number 500-22-293361-263.
You have to answer within the delay mentioned on the attached SUMMONS. If you fail to do so, a default judgement may be rendered against you without further notice and you may, according to the circumstances, be required to pay the legal cost.
