Notice is given to NICOLAE DUMITRU, to attend the Court of Québec Registry for the district of Montréal, situated at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, in the city of Montréal, within 30 days in order to receive the ORIGINATING APPLICATION AND SUMMONS (Art. 145 and following C.C.P.) which has been left to your attention in the court file number 500-22-294191-260.
You have to answer within the delay mentioned on the attached SUMMONS. If you fail to do so, a default judgement may be rendered against you without further notice and you may, according to the circumstances, be required to pay the legal costs.
The present notice is published at the request of SABRINA DESJARDINS bailiff of justice, who has tried unsuccessfully to serve you the above mentioned document.
It will not be published again, unless the context otherwise requires
