You must answer the application within the time specified in the Summons attached to the MODIFIED JUDICIAL DEMAND ORIGINATING A PROCEEDING, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you, and you may have to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published in virtue of the judgment rendered on February 18th, 2026, by The Honorable Lukasz GRANOSIK, S.C.J.
