Notice is hereby given to Celeste Facchino to take delivery at the office of the Court of Quebec (civil division) in the district of Montreal situated at 1, Notre-Dame E, Montreal, Quebec, within 15 days of service of this application or, if you have no domicile, residence of establishment in Quebec, within 30 days in order to receive the document named originating application, summons, list of exhibits, exhibits P-1 to P-4 left there in your name with the court number 500-22-294169-266
You must respond to this request within the delay indicated in the summons attached to it. Otherwise, a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may be ordered to pay the legal fees.
This notice is publisched at the request of Emile Letourneau, bailiff office, who has unsuccessfully attempted to serve you. It will be not published again, unless required by the circumstances.
