Notice is hereby given to ELIANE NADEAU to take delivery at the office of the Court of Quebec in the district of Gatineau situated at 17, Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec, J8X 4C1, within 30 days in order to receive the document named « Originating Application, summons, list of exhibits and exhibits P-1 to P-4 » left there at your attention with the court number 550-22-023171-257.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, failing to do so may result in a judgment by default against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published at the request of Lenny Dufour, bailiff, who has unsuccessfully attempted to serve you with the «Originating Application, summons, list of exhibits and exhibits P-1 to P-4 ». It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
