NOTIFICATION BY PUBLIC NOTICE
(Articles 136 and 137 C.C.P.)
NOTICE is hereby given to OUTPOST VFX INC. to take delivery at the office of the Superior Court, in the district of Montreal, situated at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, in the city of Montréal, within 30 days in order to receive the originating application (claim in rental recovery and damages) left there in your name, bearing case number 500-17-137001-262.
You must answer the such application in writing, at the Courthouse of Montreal at the same address, within the time specified in the summons attached to it, being a 30-day delay, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may have to pay the legal costs in addition to the amounts claimed.
This notice is published once only in the present newspaper pursuant to the order rendered, on February 20, 2026, by the Honourable Lukasz Granosik, Judge of the Superior court, in the case number 500-17-137001-262.
