Notice is hereby given to UDAY KADEM JASIM ALRUBAYE to take delivery at the office of the Courthouse of Montreal, in the district of Montreal situated at 1, Notre Dame street, Montreal (Quebec) H2Y 1B6 within 30 days in order to receive the DEMANDE INTRODUCTIVE D’INSTANCE, AVIS D’ASSIGNATION, LISTE DE PIÈCES ET PIÈCES P-1 À P-3 and AVIS D’EXÉCUTION D’UNE SAISIE AVANTJUGEMENT SELON L’ARTICLE 517 C.P.C., ATTESTATION D’AUTHENTICITÉ, DÉCLARATION SOUS SERMENT and PROCÈS-VERBAL DE SAISIE AVANT JUGEMENT left there in your name in case number 500-17-136336-255.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
You can also request the cancellation of the seizure before judgment within 5 days and oppose the enforcement measures taken against you within 15 days of notification of the seizure report.
This notice is published at the request of Stephanie Paul, a bailiff, who has unsuccessfully attempted to serve you with the documents described above.
It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
