NOTICE TO CREDITORS
UNDER THE COMPANIES’ CREDITORS ARRANGEMENT ACT

(collectively, the “Companies”)
NOTICE is hereby given that, on July 20, 2026, the Superior Court of Québec, Commercial Division, District of Montréal (the “Court”), sitting as the court designated under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”), issued an initial order (the “Initial Order”) appointing MNP Ltd. as monitor (the “Monitor”) of the Companies and granting the Companies certain relief while they pursue restructuring proceedings under the CCAA. The court file number assigned to these proceedings is 500-11-067538-260.
In accordance with the Initial Order and the CCAA, a copy of the Initial Order, the list of creditors and other documents relating to these CCAA proceedings are or will be available on the Monitor’s website at:
