Notice is hereby given to 9482-6716 QUEBEC INC., a.d.b.a. PELOUSE VOLTAGE & ASHTON LECCHINO to take delivery at the office of the Court of Quebec in the district of Montreal situated at 1, Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal, Quebec, H2Y 1B6 within 30 days in order to receive the document named « Originating application, summons and exhibits P-1 to P-3 » left there at your attention with the court number 500-22-293843-267.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against and you may have to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published at the request of Frederic Gendron, bailiff, who have unsuccessfully attempted to serve you with the « Originating application, summons and exhibits P-1 to P-3 ».
It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
