NOTICE TO CREDITORS
(Canada Cooperatives Act)
Notice is hereby given that:
1) On January 5, 2026, a certificate of intent to dissolve was issued by Corporations Canada in respect of Excelgran Cooperative.
2) On February 27, 2026, the Superior Court of Québec (the “Court”) issued an order appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. to act as liquidator of Excelgran Cooperative (the “Liquidator”).
3) On the same day, the Court issued a Claims Procedure Order (the “Claims Procedure Order”) establishing a process for the filing and determination of any claims against Excelgran Cooperative, or against its directors or officers, existing as of February 27, 2026 (the “Claims”).
4) Any person having a Claim against Excelgran Cooperative, or against its directors or officers, must submit a proof of claim form (“Proof of Claim Form”) to the Liquidator, in the form and manner prescribed by the Claims Procedure Order, not later than July 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) (The “Claims Bar Date”).
5) Unless otherwise authorized by the Court, any person who fails to submit a Proof of Claim Form in respect of a Claim on or before the Claims Bar Date shall be forever barred and foreclosed from asserting such Claim against Excelgran Cooperative, its directors or officers, and such Claim shall be permanently extinguished.
