Notice is hereby given to AKASHDEEP KAUR to appear at the office of the Clerk of the Quebec Court in the judicial district of Montreal, located at 1, Notre-Dame Street East, in Montreal, Province of Quebec, H2Y 1B6, within 30 days to receive the JUDICIAL DEMAND ORIGINATING PROCEEDINGS, JUSTICE SUMMONS, LIST OF EXHIBITS AND EXHIBITS P-1 TO P-3, NOTICE OF EXECUTION SEIZURE BEFORE JUDGMENT, AFFIDAVIT ET ATTESTATION D’AUTHENTICITÉ AND PROCÈS-VERBAL DE SAISIE AVANT JUGEMENT which have been left there for your attention in case number 500-22-294025-260
You must respond to this application within the time specified in the notice of summons that accompanies it; otherwise, a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may be ordered to pay legal costs.
You may also apply to have the seize before judgment annulled within 5 days and oppose the enforcement measures taken against you within 15 days of service of the minutes of seizure.
This notice is published at the request of Julie Côté, bailiff, who attempted unsuccessfully to serve you with these documents.
