Notice is hereby given to EMAM HOSSAN to appear at the office of the Court of Quebec in the district of Montreal, located at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal, Quebec, within 10 days, to receive a NOTICE OF EXECUTION SEIZURE BEFORE JUDGMENT AND AFFIDAVIT, Report of seizure before judgment by operation of law, and within 30 days, to receive a JUDICIAL DEMAND ORIGINATING A PROCEEDING, JUSTICE SUMMONS, , AND EXHIBITS P-1 TO P-3 which have been left for you in file number 50022294100261.
You may apply to the court for the cancellation of the pre-judgment seizure within 5 days of service of the notice of execution, in accordance with Article 522 C.C.P. You may also oppose it within 15 days of the notification of the bailiff’s report of the seizure or garnishment. You may also contest the declaration of the garnishee within 10 days of said declaration, pursuant to Article 711 C.C.P.
You must respond to this application within the time indicated in the notice of summons accompanying it, failing to which a default judgment may be rendered against you, and you may be ordered to pay legal costs.
It will not be published again, unless circumstances require otherwise.
