Notice is hereby given to NON-STOP FASTFREIGHT to take delivery at the office of the Superior Court, in the district of Joliette situated at 200, St-Marc street, Joliette, Quebec, J6E 8C2, within 30 days in order to receive the document named « Originating Application, summons, list of exhibits and exhibits P-1 to P-5 » left there at your attention with the court number 705-17-012374-268.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, failing to do so may result in a judgment by default against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published at the request of Eric Martin, bailiff, who has unsuccessfully attempted to serve you with the «Originating Application, summons, list of exhibits and exhibits P-1 to P-5 ». It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
