Notice is given to IKHLAQ HUSSAIN AWAN and AA COMMERCE INC., to attend the Superior court for the district of Laval, situated at 2800 Saint-Martin West boulevard, in the city of Laval, within 30 days in order to receive the Originating Application and Notice of Summons which has been left to your attention in the court file number 540-17-016599-259.
You must answer within the delay mentioned in the attached summons. If you fail to do so, a default judgement may be rendered against you without further notice and you may, according to the circumstances, be required to pay the legal costs.
The present notice is published at the request of SABRINA DESJARDINS, bailiff of justice, who has tried unsuccessfully to serve you the above-mentioned document.
It will not be published again unless the context otherwise requires.
