Notice is hereby given to YOGESH YOYESH to be presented at the office of the Court of Quebec in the district of Montreal situated at 1, Notre-Dame East Street, Montreal, Quebec, within thirty (30) days in order to receive the NOTICE OF EXECUTION FOR A SEIZURE BEFORE JUDGEMENT OF MOVABLE (IN VIRTUE OF ARTICLE 518 C.C.P.), PROCÈS-VERBAL JUGE EN CHAMBRE AND DÉCLARATION SOUS SERMENT DE SOPHIA CLERVOIX DÉF. YOYESH, DEMANDE INTRODUCTIVE D’INSTANCE, AVIS D’ASSIGNATION (ARTICLES 145 ET SUIVANTS C.P.C.) ET PIÈCES P1-P3 – PROCÈS-VERBAL DE SAISIE AVANT JUGEMENT in your name and bearing the file number 500-22-289965-256.
You must answer the application within the time specified in the Summons attached to it, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you, and you may have to pay the legal costs.
This notice is published in virtue of the judgment rendered on September 16th, 2025, by Kahina Kasadi, Greffière adjointe.
It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
