Notice is hereby given to SUKHDEV SINGH to appear at the office of the Court of Quebec in the judicial district of Montreal, situated at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal (Quebec) H2Y 1B6, within 30 days in order to receive the JUDICIAL DEMAND ORIGINATING PROCEEDING, SUMMONS, LIST OF EXHIBITS AND EXHIBITS P-1 TO P-2, and AVIS D’EXÉCUTION SAISIE AVANT JUGEMENT (ART. 517 C.P.C.), AFFIDAVIT, ATTESTION D’AUTHENTICITÉ SELON LES ARTICLES 26 ET 106 C.C.P., and PROCÈSVERBAL DE SAISIE AVANT JUGEMENT left there in your name in case number 500-22-291597-253
You must answer the application within the time specified in the summons attached to it, falling which a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
You may also apply to have the seize before judgment annulled within 5 days and oppose the enforcement measures taken against you within 15 days of service of the minutes of seizure.
This notice is published at the request of Julie Côté, bailiff, who attempted unsuccessfully to serve you with these
documents.
It will not be published again unless circumstances so require.
