Notice is hereby given to STEPHEN IKECHUKWU to appear at the office of the Court of Quebec in the district of Montreal, located at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal, Quebec, within 10 days, to receive a NOTICE OF EXECUTION SEIZURE BEFORE JUDGMENT, NOTICE TO THE DEBTOR, JUDGMENT, AND THIRD-PARTY SEIZURE DECLARATION (Royal Bank of Canada) which have been left for you in file number 50022291083254.
You may apply to the court for the cancellation of the pre-judgment seizure within 15 days of service of the notice of execution, in accordance with Article 522 C.C.P. You may also contest the declaration of the garnishee within 10 days of said declaration, pursuant to Article 711 C.C.P.
It will not be published again, unless circumstances require otherwise.
