TAKE NOTICE and please be advised that on April 9, 2026, the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick in Bankruptcy and Insolvency granted an order
(the “Bankruptcy Order”) adjudging GMSL bankrupt. Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Order, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte”) was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) of GMSL’s estate.
The first meeting of creditors will commence on April 27, 2026, at 3:00PM Atlantic Daylight Time via teleconference.
