You may object to the Notice of execution taken against you within 15 days of receiving notice of the seizure order or the garnishment. You may also contest the garnishee’s statement within 10 days of receiving it, in accordance with Article 711 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
You must answer the Judicial demand originating proceedings within the time specified in the Summons attached to it, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may have to pay the legal costs.
It will not be published again, unless required by the circumstances.
