PUBLIC NOTICE OF SERVICE
(Sections 136 and 137 of the Code of Civil Procedure.)
TAKE NOTICE that a representative of H.E. Industrial LTD. is required to attend at the office of the Superior Court of the judicial district of Trois-Rivières, located at 850 Hart Street, Trois-Rivières, Québec, G9A 1T9, within thirty (30) days hereof, in order to receive the Originating Application and Summons which have been filed there for your attention in file number 400-17-006784-264.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that you are required to file a response to said Application within the delay indicated in the Summons, failing which judgment by default may be rendered against you, and you may be condemned to pay the legal costs.
THIS NOTICE is published at the request of Bruno Carrion Luna, Justin Araujo and Carlyle Murray, Process Server, who unsuccessfully attempted to serve on you the document described above.
THIS NOTICE shall not be published again unless the circumstances so require.
