NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE MATTER OF COMPANIES’ CREDITORS ARRANGEMENT ACT,
R.S.C., 1985, C. C-36, AS AMENDED, OF:
9304-7033 QUÉBEC INC. and 9251-7465 QUÉBEC INC.
Notice is hereby given that an Order was rendered on April 14, 2026, pursuant to which the Court ordered the Monitor to send a Proof of Claim form to the known creditors of the Debtors. Any person who has not received a Proof of Claim form and believes that they have a claim that arose on or before June 25, 2025, or a claim that arose after that date arising out of the restructuring, refusal to perform, or termination of a contract, lease, employment contract, or other agreement, whether the claim is indeterminate or contingent, against the Debtors or against the directors and officers of the Debtors in relation to the obligations of the Debtors, must send a duly completed Proof of Claim to the Monitor no later than 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on May 15, 2026 (“Claims Filing Deadline”). The Proof of Claim must, among other things, specify whether the Claim also applies to the directors and/or officers of the Debtors.
CLAIMS THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE CLAIMS FILING DEADLINE WILL BE INADMISSIBLE AND PERMANENTLY EXTINGUISHED.
