Notice is hereby given to Michael Garneau Lamontagne, also known as Georges Lamontagne, in his capacity as heir to the estate of the late Georges Lamontagne, to appear at the office of the Superior Court (Family Division) of the judicial district of Québec, located at 300 Jean-Lesage Boulevard, Québec City, Québec, G1K 8K6, within 30 days in order to receive the Application for Modification of Ancillary Measures, sworn declaration, new notice of presentation in family practice division, list of exhibits, exhibits P-1 to P-7, and certificate of authenticity, which have been left for your attention in case number

You must respond to this application within the time limit indicated in the notice of presentation, failing which a default judgment may be rendered against you and you may be required to pay court costs.
