NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES’ CREDITORS ARRANGEMENT ACT, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36:
ECOLOMONDO CORPORATION, ECOLOMONDO ENVIRONMENTAL (HAWKESBURY) INC., ECOLOMONDO ENVIRONMENTAL (CONTRECOEUR) INC., and ECOLOMONDO ADVANCED CARBON TECHNOLOGIES INC., a legal persons duly incorporated and having their places of business at 217 Migneron Street, in the city of Montreal, province of Quebec, H4T 1W8.

9083-5018 QUÉBEC INC., a legal persons duly incorporated and having its
place of business at 3435 Pitfield Blvd., in the city of Montreal, province of Quebec, H4S 1H7.
Debtors
Please be advised that on May 20, 2026, the Debtors filed an initial application (the “Initial Application”) pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) before the Superior Court of Quebec (Commercial Division), in the District of Montreal (the “Court”).
On May 21, 2026, the Court issued an order granting the Initial Application (the “Initial Order”) and ordering, inter alia, a stay of all recourses and other proceedings against the Debtors and their assets until June 1, 2026 (the “Stay”). The CCAA provides that the Stay may be extended, from time to time, on such terms as the Court considers appropriate.
The Court has appointed KPMG Inc. as monitor (the “Monitor”) of the Debtors.
The Initial Application, the Initial Order and all other proceedings and reports filed in the context of the above proceedings commenced under the CCAA may be consulted on the Monitor’s website at : www.kpmg.com/ca/ecolomondo
