Notice is hereby given to KRITHIK KODWANI to appear at the office of the Clerk of the Court of Québec, Judicial District of Montréal, located at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, Montréal, H2Y 1B6, within 30 days, in order to receive the present originating application (Judicial Demand), Summons (Articles 145 et seq. C.C.P.), invocation of exhibits and Exhibits P 1 to P 4 inclusive, as well as the Attestation of Authenticity (Article 113 C.C.P.) / Sworn Declaration and Attestation of Authenticity pursuant to Articles 26 and 106 C.C.P. / Pre judgment Attachment Notice (Article 517, para. 1, subparagraph. 1 C.C.P.) and the Minutes of Seizure Before Judgment, which have been left for your attention.
