Notice is given to LA CIE UPSTART TRANSPORT INC. , HARISH SAINI ET HARMANDEEP SINGH to attend the Superior Court Registry for the district of Beauharnois, situated at 74, Académie street, in the city of Salaberry-de -Valleyfield, Qc, J6T 0B8 within 30 days in order to receive the ORIGINATING APPLICATION AND SUMMONS (Art. 145 and following C.C.P.) which has been left to your attention in the court file number 760-17-007674-263.
You have to answer within the delay mentioned on the attached SUMMONS. If you fail to do so, a default judgement may be rendered against you without further notice and you may, according to the circumstances, be required to pay the legal costs.
