Notice is hereby given to JULIEN LEBLANC to appear at the office of the Clerk of the Court of Québec, Montréal District, located at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, Montréal, Québec, within 10 days in order to receive a NOTICE OF EXECUTION AND DECISIONS OF THE RÉGIE DU LOGEMENT (339188 31 20170530 G), a NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT OF CLAIMS, and an ASSIGNMENT OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT, which have been left for your attention in file number 50002276720252.
You may contest the enforcement measures taken against you within 15 days of the notification of the seizure report or garnishment.
This notice is published at the request of Mario Brunet, bailiff of justice, who attempted unsuccessfully to serve you with the above-mentioned document.
It will not be published again unless circumstances so require.
